GOOMFY RETURN POLICY
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, but considering the fact that same Product cannot be used by other customers upon return due to hygiene factors, we normally don’t accept exchange or return of the Products once sold or delivered, except in accordance with the GOOMFY Return Policy set forth hereinafter (“this Return Policy”).
1.1 Unless the context otherwise requires, the words and phrases defined in GOOMFY User Agreement, available at the link http://Goomfy.GOOMFY.com/page/terms-condition, shall have the same meaning, wherever they appear, in this Return Policy.

(a) Defective/Damaged Product delivered
(b) Supplied Product significantly different from the Product’s specifications given on the Website
(c) Wrong Colour/Size/Style of Product delivered
(d) Incorrect Quantity delivered
(e) Wrong Product delivered
(f) Part of Product is missing
- CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED
(a) Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
(b) Product returned without original packaging; including –original invoice, packing box, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories
(c) Serial Number is tampered
(d) Defective Product that is reported after 5days of the date of delivery
(e) Damaged Product that is reported after 2days of the date of delivery
(f) Product or its packing box is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage
(g) Product is used or worn or altered

- PROCEDURE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
5.1 IfaProduct delivered to you is covered by any of the conditions specified in Section 1 above, the following process can be initiated.All you need to do is to call our customer care team at +91-8053096538, 8053096539 on Business Days from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM I.S.T.,or drop an email at cc@GOOMFY.com within 24 hours from the time/date of delivery.
5.2 Return/exchange of Products will be accepted only if the Products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact, and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms:
(a) You have to send the Product back to us on your own expense, as we do not provide any return pickup facility.
(b) Return/exchangeis subject to inspection and checking of the returned Products by our Team.
(c) Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under this Return Policy.
(d) Some special rules for promotional offers/schemes, as specified on the Website, may override this Return Policy.
(e) Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
(f) Once you haveplacedreturn request with our customer care team, you will receive from us a Product Return Form via email. You must return to us on your own expense the duly filled in Product Return Form bearing your signature, along with the Product in its original packaging; including, original invoice, packing box, price tags, labels, freebies and other accessories,to our address given below within 3Business Days of your placing the return request, failing which we shall not be liable to entertain and/or accept your request.

(g) Scanned copy of courier slip vide which the returned Product is despatched by you must be emailed to us within 5 Business Days of opening the return request.
(Goomfy) It takes us another 7 Business Days to initiate exchange/refund, subject to Product Inspectionwhich takes about 7 Business Days after the Product is received in our warehouse.
(i) Once the exchange/refundof the returned Product is accepted;we, in our sole discretion,mayissue GOOMFY Credit Notes, which you can utilize on a future purchase on the Website; or transfer the amount paid by you for purchase of the Product to your bank account as per the details thereof furnished by you in Product Return Form; or provide you with another Product in exchange.
(j) You can buy any number of Products in exchange, provided the final aggregate price of exchanged Products is equal to or more than the price of returned Product.To check which Products cannot be exchanged, please call our customer care team at +91-9167526160, +91 7838714233 on Business Days from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM I.S.T.,or drop an email at cc@GOOMFY.com.
(k) Do give us a call, and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return:
(i) Place the Product in its original packaging, and insert the original invoice as well as price tags, labels and accessories in the box.
(ii) Please mention your Name, Invoice No./Order No. and Mobile Number on the top of the box.
5.3 Returned Product will be exchanged with another Product if, and only if, the final price of exchanged Product is equal to or more than the price of returned Product. The exchanged Product willbe despatched as soon as the returned Product has passed Product Inspection; provided, in case the exchanged Product is of higher value, the differential amount has been paid by you in advance via Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.
